COMMISSION PAYMENTS & FEES

FastTrack prides itself on its commission management system. All commissions received from the Lenders are paid directly into a trust account.

FastTrack pays up-front commission and trail commission received from Lenders to the broker in accordance with FastTrack’s lender panel commission rates.

FastTrack will make payment of commissions received from Lenders to the broker from the trust account on the 28th (or next business day) of each month.

A minimal service fee is deducted from the broker’s total commission payment monthly (where applicable).
